1. General
By purchasing any services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear and fair working relationship.
2. Services
The scope of the project will be defined before the work begins. Any additional features or changes outside of the agreed scope may require extra payment.
3. Payment
A €150 deposit is required only after I send you the initial project outline and you decide to move forward with the project. The remaining amount is paid after the website is completed. Payments are securely processed via PayPal.
4. Refund Policy
The initial deposit is non-refundable once work has started. If the project is canceled by the client after work has begun, no refunds will be issued for completed work.
5. Revisions
The project includes up to 5 small edits within the first year (e.g. text or image changes).
6. Timeline
Most projects are completed within 3–5 days. However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client response time. Delays in providing required content or feedback may extend the delivery time.
7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials, including text, images, and feedback in a timely manner.
8. Hosting & Maintenance
One year of hosting may be included (if selected). After this period, hosting can be renewed for €150/year. Optional maintenance plans are available for ongoing updates.
9. Website Type
Websites are built as static sites for performance and reliability. Direct editing by the client is not included.
10. Ownership
Full ownership of the final website is transferred to the client only after full payment has been received. Until the final payment is completed, all rights to the project remain with the developer. The developer reserves the right to showcase the completed project in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
11. Liability
I am not responsible for any losses, damages, or issues resulting from the use of the website after delivery.
12. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated at any time. Clients will be informed if changes affect ongoing projects.
